Allison Kernan joined Pemberton Holmes Ltd. in 2007, coming from Vancouver, BC and a boutique Property Management company where she managed a 250 suite portfolio while maintaining a vacancy rate of less than 1%. Allison is originally from Campbell River, and has lived and worked in both Vancouver and Victoria. Beginning her career in real estate, Allison focused on first time home buyers, educating the public about real estate, and doing seminars in venues such as Canada Place. She expanded her experience into the property management field, coming to specialize in this demanding profession. Allison brings to our firm her skills, organisation, attention to detail and experience, working as a motivated and dedicated property manager. Her portfolio with Pemberton Holmes consists of single family houses, strata suites, multi-units, and apartment buildings.
