Management Team

Gail a native Victorian, has worked in real estate management since 1988 specialising in commercial management for over 12 years. Gail joined Pemberton Holmes in 2005 and in addition to her role as Managing Director of the Property Management Division Gail also manages a mixed commercial portfolio consisting of approximately 300,000 square feet of office, retail, restaurant and warehouse space. Gail is licensed under the Real Estate Act of BC and is an active member of the Victoria Chamber of Commerce, BOMA BC, BOMA Victoria and the DBVA.
