Brenda Viala is the newest addition to Pemberton Holmes Ltd., joining us in February of 2009. Brenda was born and raised on Vancouver Island and has been a resident of Victoria for the past seven years.   Brenda began her career in real estate in the late 1980s where she worked in real estate sales on the North Island.  After enjoying the experience in property development and sales, she decided to become licensed in residential and strata property management.  Brenda's recent experience includes strata management with a portfolio of sixteen (658 units) condominium buildings, which included multi family dwellings and mixed use buildings.  While specializing in setting up new development, she also enjoyed the challenges involved with numerous remediation projects.  Brenda's experience in working with councils, trades, government officials, legal/accounting, homeowners and tenants gives her an in-depth level of expertise in her role as commercial property manager.  Brenda brings to our firm over seventeen years of management expertise, and combined with her energetic and versatile business style, we believe she will be an asset to our team.
